Kevin M. Johnson CEO
Kevin is CEO of OutSmart Power Systems, a company he founded and spun off from Manifold Products in 2008. Kevin has founded four companies, including Manifold Products and OutSmart Power Systems, and has focused on building teams, raising financing and serving in both leadership and technical roles. He sits on the board of all four companies. Before co-founding Manifold Products, he served as Director of Engineering for Design Continuum, a leading international product design and engineering consulting firm. He was a key member of Design Continuum's Operating Committee, responsible for corporate strategy, policy and finance, as well as assessed investment opportunities and structured equity arrangements. Prior to Design Continuum, Kevin spent seven years at Eastman Kodak Company, where he led a group in the development of high resolution, digital color printers. He earned a BS in mechanical engineering from Tufts University and holds 36 U.S. patents with 5 pending.

Leo Ryan VP of Business Development
Leo Ryan VP of Business Development for OutSmart Power systems and has more than 20 years experience in technical and financial sales. Leo is responsible for customer acquisition and management, contract development and public relations. Prior to OutSmart, Leo was Business Development Manager with EnerNOC, responsible for developing relationships with utility partners and selling building efficiency products/services to customers in key industrial verticals. Leo was recognized as a Top 10% sales force performer in 2009 and 2010, and closed business for EnerNOC’s initial SaaS launch. Previously, as a part of Arthur D. Little’s Environment Health and Safety practice, Leo provided technical consulting and market development around the world. Leo has a BA in Economics from Fairfield University and an MS in Work Environment Policy from University of Massachusetts Lowell. Leo is fluent in both French and Spanish.
